• Clinical Observation: Shadow Kenzie through real patient treatments such as BBL HEROic, MOXI, HALO, SkinPen microneedling, and Facials- custom and sculpting.

• Protocol Education: Learn detailed pre- and post-care protocols, treatment settings, combination therapy strategies, and how to customize plans for each patient.

• Business & Operations Insight: Observe the flow of a busy, high-performing medspa — from patient intake and photography to EMR documentation, marketing strategy, and staff coordination.
