Her passion for beauty and skincare all started with a little inspiration from her longtime friend and mentor, Kenzie. Lesley will be one of the first faces you see when you walk into the office. She is all about creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for each client. She’s a master at coordinating treatments and always remembers the little details that make every visit feel special. Lesley makes sure you’ll always feel welcome, valued, and empowered on your skincare journey.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Rylie has called Nashville home for the past four years, and she’s now the warm, welcoming presence at the heart of Nashville Skin Studio.With prior experience in both facial and oral surgery, Rylie brings a unique level of professionalism, precision, and patient care to her role. As our Clinic Manager and Patient Coordinator, she’s often the first face you’ll see — and the one making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Her calming energy, attention to detail, and true passion for helping others ensures every patient feels seen, supported, and cared for from start to finish. Whether she’s greeting you at the front desk, answering your questions, or coordinating schedules and operations, Rylie brings kindness and confidence to every step of your visit. Outside the studio, she enjoys content creation, staying active, and spending time with her sweet dog. We’re so lucky to have her, and we know you’ll love her just as much as we do!
