Long before I built a career in aesthetics, I was passionate about gut health, nutrition, hormones, and overall wellness. In many ways, that passion is what led me to skincare in the first place. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how concerns like inflammation, hormone imbalances, gut health, and overall wellness can impact not only how we feel, but how we look.

This journey is also deeply personal for me.

For years, I struggled with inflammation and feeling less than my best. A few years ago, I completed a health and detox program with my friend Amy that truly changed my life. It opened my eyes to the incredible impact that addressing the root cause—not just the symptoms—can have on your energy, health, mindset, and quality of life. That experience sparked an even deeper passion for helping others find answers, feel better, and take control of their health.

Our family’s health journey has only reinforced that passion. My husband survived a heart attack at just 36 years old. By the age of 34, I had been diagnosed with skin cancer four times, including melanoma. Those experiences changed the way we think about health, prevention, longevity, and the importance of truly caring for our bodies.

That’s why this next chapter feels so natural—and so meaningful.
